- Dr. Keith Hnilica graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1993. After graduating, Dr. Hnilica completed a small animal internship and a residency in Dermatology at Auburn University. He received his Masters of Veterinary Medicine and became a board certified member of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology in 1997. Dr. Hnilica was selected into the University of Georgia’s Lilly Teaching Fellowship Program and in 2007 he completed an MBA program at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Hnilica was on faculty at the University of Georgia for 3 years and at The University of Tennessee for 8 years. Dr. Hnilica is the author of itchnot.com, an author of Small Animal Dermatology; A color Atlas and Therapeutic Guide 2nd Ed, which has been translated into 7 languages. In 2009, Dr, Hnilica left the University to develop a progressive referral and learning center focusing on cutting-edge medicine with exceptional client service and the absolute best patient care possible.
